Kapa Haka

Today the junior Kapa Haka group performed the story of Hatupatu and the Bird Woman. I was a forest tree. I made my mask. It was such fun.

Principal's Award

Today at assembly I got an award from Mrs Plowright for working hard this term. I always try my best.

Blob Bugs

We used paint to paint three blobs, then we squashed our paper in half. When it was dry we added legs, wings, antennae and eyes.

I Can Add More detail to My Writing

We are learning to add more detail to our writing. We write when it happened.

" I wrote about the ingredients in my story because that's what we used to make gingerbread men".

I Am Learning to Tell The Time

We have made clocks at school. We are learning to tell o'clock and half past times using our clocks. It is fun.

"My clock says 10 o'clock. It is easy to tell o'clocks, next I will learn half past times".
